  Our Orbi'bases

Avignon main training base (LFMV)

Orbifly's main flight training base is located at the Avignon-Caumont aerodrome in the south of France.

Accessible by motorway, our base is only 3 hours from Paris by TGV (AVIGNON TGV station) or served by airlines at Marseille or Montpellier airports.

Our office is located in the northern part of the terminal, and has a dedicated public entrance with free parking in front of the terminal.

If you arrive with your airplane, the ATC will direct you to the apron F, from where you will reach the terminal via the security gate.
Hangars for your aircraft are available upon request to the FBO.

Classroom, briefing room, but also rest area and large living room : you'll quickly feel at home !

Our facilities are comfy and friendly, and the hotels and restaurants located on site will make your stay simple and practical, so that you can focus on your training.

More information is available by downloading our Orbi'base info sheet, or by viewing our online student video briefing.

Cannes secondary base (LFMD)

Our training location in Cannes is available for practical trainings as well as ground courses.

It's also the perfect starting point for your training at La Môle LFTZ !

Thanks to our partner Cannes Aviation, you will be able to take advantage of two ALSIM DA42 glasscockpit simulators, equipped with Garmin 1000, which will allow you to work on the most modern IFR approaches and to master PBN concepts.

This site will also be an ideal starting point for our refreshers around the Mediterranean Sea or inbound to our main base in Avignon for a practical training.

More information is available by downloading our Orbi'base info sheet, or by viewing our online student video briefing.

Le Touquet secondary base (LFAT)

Our training location at Le Touquet is also available for occasional training on demand, for theoretical as well as practical courses.

The weather conditions are well suited to IFR trainings in real IMC conditions, and we can also provide on this site our SET trainings on single-engine turbine PA46 Meridian, Socata TBM or Pilatus PC12 aircraft, in partnership with Oysterair.

This site will also be an excellent starting point for refresher courses to England or the Northern Europe.

More information is available by downloading our Orbi'base info sheet.

Your home'training base ! (HOME)

Depending on your aircraft type and your area, certain trainings or training phases may take place at your homebase or from your homebase: IFR Phase 1, FAA CPL training, refresher courses, long distance travel...
We can study the available options with you!

Moreover, what's the point of planning a training in order to improve the safety of your flights, if it's to take risks on the way to the flight school?
If the conditions are not compatible to join our base, do not take a chance: our instructors can come to your homebase to accompany you on the flight to our base, in order to make this very first flight, the beginning of your learning process.
